I found it to work as advertised

The belt is sturdier than usual, but the straps are so thin they eat into your flesh causing injury and pain. To eliminate the pain your have loosen the straps to such an extent that the belt does not control the hernia any longer.

The slim black inguinal hernia belt does support me while I'm working and going to the gym. The fitment is great I'm a 32 inch waist and fits me great to wear under my shorts or pants.

All I like about this product is they look nice on the picture and that they are black, Other than that.... too small and not very effective like others I tried
