Q: Is this power or tablet ?

Its a powder. But the other reviews on chicken related sites state that if you are feeding your chickens a healthy balanced diet the layer boost is not needed. I used it for years then discontinued it with no impact on productivity.

Yes, as the label says it is Layer Boost. I don't have a current bottle to look at the label, so online research would be your best bet.

Q: How many scoops can you get out of this bottle?

If you are feeding your flock a balanced diet and some treats this product doesn't really improve production. When I first started in chickens I was all gungho about doing everything possible to protect my flock, but further research indicated that a little effort on my part would produce the same results and at that time save 13.00 a bottle. At 1 scoop/gallon depends on your flock size.
