Came well packaged and quickly. Sharp out of the box. Only down side for me is the handle is a bit chunky for my taste but that really is personal preference. Good product.

I liked everything about this knife.. balance and look, but be very careful its very sharp.

This is the second knife I bought of this brand. The kiritsuki blade is really nice and this boning nice is also great. I didn't even have to sharpen the blade, it comes really sharp. I barely stroked the blade across the chicken and it sliced effortlessly through the meat.The knife is so sharp that I'm a little skiddish around it, and place the blade between the plastic slits meant to hold plates up.

I use it everyday, is really reliable

The knife is very poorly finished. The handle is just a fraction too small all around - there is a ridge of steel on both sides everywhere the handle meets the tang. Also the rivets are not flush with the handle.If the handle had been properly fitted to the tang then this would have been an excellent knife.

For filleting fish it’s not flexible for my personal preference
