This could be a great vinyl but it was H-E double hockey sticks to get to stick to transfer tape. I’ve wasted so much time and vinyl trying to get it to transfer correctly. Then when you kinda get in a groove, the paper backing comes up. I may have received an old batch because the vinyl is a beauty but sheeesh. Now my neck hurts for taking 3 hours just to weed 12 small decals with this. I’ll probably never purchase this again.

The look of the vinyl is excellent, however, it is NOT Oracle 651 (see product package pictures), so I feel that the product title was deliberately misleading. That being said, there were no instructions or suggestions on the best way to transfer the cut pieces to the product. The only note for the product was on the shiny, metallic colors that read "Please remove clear protective film before use" (see picture) and even then, that's unclear; remove before cutting or applying? For vinyl like this, there should be a process of including application tape, and in this case, there was none, nor were there instructions on how to handle it. It was very frustrating. It is unlikely that I will purchase this again.

It is NOT Oracle brand. I will not even try it. This was misrepresented by seller. I am returning

The colors are awesome! I was so excited to use this vinyl! I cut out several images, weeded them easily, then....tried to transfer them on to things and the vinyl would NOT come off of the backing! I tried all of the tricks and NOTHING worked. I was very disappointed!

The vinyl is great but what transfer tape am I supposed to use? I tried Cricut, Silhouette and HTVRONT transfer tape and it didn't want to stick. Like the title says, this paper has potential but should come with the required transfer tape. Took me a long time to pass it on to transfer tape. I want a refund if all the vinyls are the same. Im not going to go through this process everytime.

This vinyl is very beautiful but it is not permanent. I bought to use on mugs. It can easy be scratched off. If it becomes wet it doesn't with hold the surface. It performs more as a removable vinyl. The title claims to be oracle 651 but didnt come packaged as that brand. I would not purchase again.

Product is advertised as Oracal vinyl, but it’s not. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

This vinyl is very sticky on the paper it comes on. It’s fine to weed, but very difficult to get it to stick to the transfer tape.
