I had read the reviews and I knew this might be the case. I bought it because I loved how it functioned. The mirror is of no use. I discarded the mirror. I love the case. It would be nice if they could put something better quality that would not break. Heads up if you want it for the mirror.

This is perfect for traveling in cars and such but im not sure this would be allowed on a plane. The 3 little shelfs that you can pull open is perfect for little things like highlighter or any flat product container. The bottom part you can move the pieces around to fit what you want. The slots on top can be used for short mascaras not tall ones and it is great for lipsticks!
