I really like the quality, real leather, and back of heel doesn't pop out when I walk because the leather extends a little higher in back than most flats. I don't buy narrow shoes, but my foot is not at all wide and these fit fine. I can imagine if one's foot is the least bit wide these might be too narrow unless a wide size is ordered. Overall I am very happy with these for casual wear and even dresses.

Finally a pair of narrow ballet flats that actually fit my foot! I have tried at least half a dozen pairs all from top brands. Even other Clarks. None were narrow enough. I have a true, narrow foot and everything seems to be wider these days.I am a hairdresser, and these are comfortable enough from the first time I wore them for all day where. No rubbing or heal slipping. Since they are leather, I’m sure they will get even more comfortable as they conform to my foot. The foot bed is sueded, so you do not have to wear pantyhose or footies with them.The price dropped from $90-$53 so watch for changes in price.

The shoes are well made and quality material. They are styled well for flat shoes.They do tend to run very narrow.

The size was perfect and the navy color was just what I needed. I have worn them already and the comfort was great and the style.

The shoe was a pretty good fit, maybe a bit too long. The footbed feels comfortable. The reasons they were ultimately returned: just a little gap at the heel, as my foot slid forward as I walked, and the cut of the shoe was just too high at the ankle, cutting into my ankle bone. I really wanted to love these and am disappointed.

This pair of shoes is just what I needed for my long walks at work. It is extremely classy, stylish, durable and comfortable.It's a 5-star rating from me as I lucked out on the price as well!

These shoes are pretty OK. The outer soles are rubbery and not noisy. The edges are very comfy against the foot! I really needed flats that didn't feel horrible like others I'd ordered, so I kept these. I got the brown ones. But they scuffed VERY easily and it looks like I got a water spot on one of them. So I rubbed mink oil on them, which darkened the color a bit (which improved the shoes, in my opinion). I tried one area with mink oil and another with brown shoe polish. Be careful with shoe polish on these; it didn't take the polish easily because of the material.

I ordered these just before Christmas because I didn’t want to challenge the crowds in the mall. Clark’s have a good reputation so I thought I’ll give it a try. They arrived in full packaging knowing no one else had tried them on (dislike people trying shoes with dirty bare feet) speedy Amazon delivery, excellent price. And they are an excellent fit, very comfortable. I have a narrow heel and have difficulty getting a snug fit. I liked them so much that I also ordered the shoe with a heel. Excellent purchases.

Comfortable, well made and nice looking. Perfect for what I needed. Ordered a size 11 W. Fits well and does not hurt my arthritic toes.

Very painful. I regret not sending the shoes back right away. Instead, I tried everything to make them wearable and to break them in, but to no avail. I was very disappointed, given that I purchased these ballet flats to have comfortable walking shoes.
