I have fragile, relaxed 4b hair, its been shedding, recently and i realized because i have not been incorporating this in my hair routine like i normally do.I know its marketed as a deep conditioner to wash out but i leave it in. Its light enough and protects, nourishes my fragile hair. Cant live without it
