I bought one of these for my downstairs and thought that I would use it upstairs too. The mapping is a little awkward and the software could use a little work. But other than that I’ll love it. Taking it up and down the steps was a pain in the butt so I purchased a second one for my upstairs. So glad that I did. I love waking up every day to clean carpet. I gave it five stars even though the software is not very easy to use. Because once you set it up and tell it to automatically vacuum it works pretty great. I struggle a little with the software when I switch over to the mopping to mop my hardwood floors. I also purchased two other robot vacuums and tried them. I sent them back chose this and bought two of them.

Updated 2023: Dropped to 1 star. Vacuum stopped working and I can't fix it. Overall, this lasted a year and half and I couldn't use the app. Not worth the price at all. It kept clogging, no matter how much I cleaned it. Right before it stopped working, it stopped the suction. It would not run the entire route and didn't pick up half the dirt. It's just not worth the price. I had high hopes and I really tried to make it work, but at the end, I can't recommend this to anyone. It's just not worth it.Edit: Dropped another star. I have been noticing the vacuum bag wasn't filled but the light came on to let me know it was time to replace. Turns out, the vacuum had not be filling into the bag, and has been clogging the system between the vacuum and the bag. There is not an easy way to clean this and now I have more dirt and dust everywhere. I think it's been cleaned out and I can start to use it again. Now that I know what to look for, it shouldn't happen again.I really do like this little guy. I like that it can both vacuum and mop, and a lot of other robot vacuums don't have both. I do run out of water halfway through the mopping, but I have an open floor plan, so it's mopping the living room, dining room, foyer, kitchen, and two hallways. That's a lot to ask for a small water tank. I did drop it down a star because of the app. I could not get the app to work and I'm not going to mess around with my router to drop it down to 2.4G to try to connect it. So basically, I have a vacuum/mop that I can only turn on and select the mode and that's it. Without the app, I can't connect to Alexa, or set up specific cleaning zones. So if I need the kitchen only cleaned, I have to turn it on and just let it run through the entire cycle and vacuum everything else until it's ready to get to the kitchen. I could have bought something for half this price and get the exact same thing. But in reality, I wanted something that would vacuum without me having to put in any effort and I have that now. It could be a lot cheaper though.

VERY VERY happy with this robot!One of the few that still offers a remote! (When wi-fi, app, electricity, etc is down or other issues, the remote comes in extremely handy)!!Unfortunately when I purchased my first T10, the app was facing a serious issue. It was completely DOWN. My robot didn't work for 3+ weeks!And their district in China was on COVID shutdown... Not easy for any business!After MULTIPLE conversations with support, the app issue wasn't resolved & I wasnt informed it would be up and running within the week, I returned it just days before the app was fixed!!They sent me a new one and asked me to try again and EVERYTHING HAS BEEN AWESOME since the first day, we're in day 39 now!I NEVER would've sent it back if not for the app, especially since I loved this robot!It has so many features that I loved especially the Y and S shape mopping!!! (Y on On mop ONLY setting, S on mop and vacuum)! It appears they've also UPDATED their mop pad & part of it is thicker and has a raised stitched area across the middle of pad that helps get tougher stains much better than a flat pad!!WHAT I do NOT get any of these reviews about poor suctioning!!3000pa is a LOT of POWER for hard floors & low to mid pile carpeting, that I've had nothing but great results! It emptied itself 4 times on it's first run (my floor was FILTHY & this bad boy find dirt in places you never even knew you had it)!Take care!BUY THIS, you need it!THIS ONE has EACH AND EVERY one of MY requirements on my robot vacuum checklist.... (Enhanced, Y & S mopping, NO VSLAM, (NO THX to a CAMERA rolling throughout my house), REMOTE, (comes in handy when wi-fi or phone interruption, quick, spot clean ups, etc)... Google home, Alexa integration, no go zones, editable maps, etc etc)!And I promise you if you give it 1 time to get to know your house (and to get around the app)... it mapped in my house and it's first run, not multiple times like other, esp VSLAM robots the Coredy still didn't map my house or after 5, yes, FIVE runs))! My T10 did it in 1 auto run!!Their support staff is also amazing! After I sent mine back when the app was down, They gave me a brand new replacement and I accepted...It has worked amazingly since DAY ONE!! AND My review here was NOT in any way biased by the replacement, because I ALREADY LOVED it, it just needed the app fixed!! If anything, it only deepened my loyalty to this company for it's care of it's customers POST SALE!!It is a brand I can believe in and will continue to support in the future given their dedication to customer satisfaction!!Don't hesitate to buy this, unless you're "unpleasable," you will love this vacuum! This thing really does a pretty good job. It’s smart and avoids most obstacles. I’ve had a really hard time with the app which is why it isn’t 5 stars. I even considered 3 stars. I’ve been unable to program ‘rooms’ into the app and that’s really frustrating. The ‘area’ programming seems to finally have worked after several tries and it erasing the info I had input. I have yet to try the mop feature but so far I find it to be well made and to have all the features you would want with a higher end model. I love that it’s white! It’s durable and well structured.May be updating this review once I use the mop feature and once they do some work on the phone application. It’s baaaad

We have had this vac for about one year. It has been doing a very good job especially with a lot of long dog hair. It does need to be cleaned every other time it cleans but that is because of all the dog hair it picks up, I guess that is the point. Recently it died and would not work. I emailed the support team and received a response within a day. They helped me determine that it needed a new battery. They told me they would send me a new battery. Well I thought sure you will, in a few weeks if I'm luckey. To my surprise it came in less than week and now the vac is up and working great again. I am very very happy with the respopnse and help.

Me encantó este robot, aspira muy bien, yo sufro mucho por el pelo de mis perros y la programo para aspirar dos veces al día y vaciar caja y deja la planta baja perfecta. Para el mop si hay que ponerlo manual y mas bien quita el polvo o la tierra sobrante, las manchas profundas si hay que sacarlas pero aun así es un muy buen apoyo, me ayuda con más del 50% del trabajo.La aplicación se actualiza constantemente y brinda más erramientas con número de mapas, forma de limpieza, etc.Calidad y precio excelente 🤗 muy recomebdable.

This is a review of the Ultenic T10 Robot Vacuum and Mop with LIDAR navigation. We got this model because we were very impressed with the previous model, the Ultenic D5S Pro. The Ultenic T10 is an impressive and well-designed piece of technology. It improves upon previous models that were already great.The T10 maps your house in a radar-like manner and quickly creates maps of your home which you can see on the Ultenic phone app. By the way, the robot can save up to 10 different maps which can be accessed under the Cleaning Records. The app itself is straightforward and connects easily to the robot. The maps on the app are very convenient since you can set no-go zones. It would be advisable to familiarize yourself with the layout including important nooks and crannies so you can set no-go zones accurately.These virtual boundaries are especially useful since you can set carpets and rugs as no-mopping zones. Previous models would just go over the carpet too when mopping unless you set boundary strips. The T10 and the app are more convenient and effective when it comes to this aspect. To be honest, I was unsure about this function before I tried it, but it worked to my satisfaction. The mop function is perfect for routine cleaning of hardwood floors, kitchen tiles, etc.Another great thing is that the T10 has a powerful battery with a significantly longer runtime than previous models, so you can vacuum or mop your whole house. Plus, the robot gives voice prompts as well.In addition, the T10 self-empties the debris into the large auto empty station which is particularly useful if you prefer not to empty the robot manually after every use. And on the app, you can set the frequency that the robot should self-empty (or even never if you prefer to just empty it yourself).Lastly, Ultenic has great customer support and they reply to your inquiries in a short time, which I really appreciate.All in all, the Ultenic T10 is a fantastic robot vacuum and mop with cutting-edge technology for this line of products. It’s also more affordable compared with other similar devices from different brands.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had my Ultenic T10 self cleaning robot for just about over a month. It’s a great help to me. I do not have time to sweep or vacuum, so I decided to purchase this product based on how minimal it looks and after looking at reviews on YouTube and Amazon. So I decided to go for it!And trust me when I say this, I love it! As someone who hates dust and other particles on my floors, this little helper will suck them into oblivion. My floors always feel clean beneath feet, I walk around bare footed, and I can feel how clean my floors are kept, especially after a good mop from my robot. I set my little machine to clean in the morning and in the evening.[ Tip from me : Make sure to always provide maintenance for your machine. Perhaps it will last longer in the long run. ]I’m usually very OCD with all my technology, so I want this bot of mine to last long! There is warranty and you do have customer service through the Ultenic application.My Ultenic T10 happened to already begin scanning my apartment the moment I set it up, and it already had majority of the rooms scanned without even discovering by being within such spaces physically. Scary how technology can work! It’s amazing!What’s also cool through the Ultenic app, is you can set up zones, or click a ‘spot’ so it can clean a specific area. There’s also a ‘no-go Zone’ you can set up so your machine does not enter certain areas. It also has a physical remote that comes with the machine, along with a remote installed within the application.The application is easy to use, and it was easy to set up my machine. It was cool to add it to my Amazon echo, and I set mine up through Routines on the Amazon app.The customer service has always been amazing through the app. If you have any problems, or issues or questions contact the support and they will be more than happy to help guide you, as they’ve helped me.The machine itself does the the job when vacuuming. As for the mopping, it also does a great job keeping my floors shiny.Do not put any products into the tank.(Many vacuum robots do not recommend this.) However, you can spray mopping solution on your floors, and your machine can mop over it, maybe to give your home a nice scent, if you wish! Not necessary. Just a tip from me!Because my floors are all wooden, I cannot review so much for carpets, but I did let my robot into an area with a carpet and it picked up a lot of dust, and other particles. But you can find your previous maps when you click into the ‘cleaning records’ within the Ultenic App’. And you can select a previous cleaning record (area) as your map, or even add it to favourites. Ultenic t10 is a great time saver. I use it on floors and carpets. Mopping also is great and the floor is shiny. Charging lasts for such long time. Installing the app was so easy, saving maps and cleaning details is such helpful. Cleaning the robot also is easy. Customer service was so cooperative and helpful in every problem facing me.
