Q: How many items are in this set?

There is only one die: the birch trees. The pine trees are not included. It’s a good die and measures 8” x 3.5”. I recommend it.

Q: I'm trying to find the pine tree that is shown with the birch. Does anyone have a clue?? Thanks!

I believe this is the correct one, but I haven't tried it yet. I'm thinking you could cut this out of white paper then coat parts of the edges with a dark brown or black ink. Hope this works for you.

Q: I assume you uses these with a die cut machine such as Sizzix?

YES. It will cut this image on a Spellbinder, Cuttlebug, Sizzic, or other die cut/embossing machine, that is electric or manual.

Q: What type of paint is good to use with these?

I use distress inks and oxides. Tim holtz has numerous videos on types of paper, inks, oxides, paints.
