A Whole Bunch of Needless Items
I guess if you like a lot of pieces and gadgets, this might be good for you. The only really useful item is the bulb syringe to flush out the wax after you use your own provided drops. The spray bottle is gigantic and no one needs that much water rushing through through their ears. There is some sort of vibrating tool that needs batteries not provided. It doesn't seem to have any purpose other than dislodging with movement? I can't see how any of this is actually needed, even the metal tools are long enough to do damage if used improperly. Not a fan, not recommended

Easy, safe, and effective ear flush just like doctors office
This worked great for me. I am careful with my ears and hearing so before I used it, I did the following:* washed the bottle and tip* tested the tip to make sure it didn't go too far into my ear and risk damage* testing pressure of water coming out of bottle by squeezing trigger to assure it was not too strongAfter I was satisfied, I added the 4:1 warm water, hydrogen peroxide to the bottle and stood in front of the bathroom mirror over the sink with the catch cup under my ear. I inserted tip into ear and squirted many times with increasing strength as I got comfortable and also in many directions. [This is similar to what they do to me in doctors office when I get an ear flush]. After a while, I started getting some wax out when I used the suction bulb and tipped my head to the side. Make sure you squeeze the bulb prior to inserting it into your ear so that it sucks out the water and wax. Then I did the other ear and cleaned up. I ended up using under a full bottle of solution -- which provides dozens of squirts. The whole process, including setup and cleanup took 5-10 minutes and worked pretty well. After I was done, I used an otoscope-directed ear wax remover pair to my phone and was able to extract some more wax from both ears. The nice thing was that the wax wax very soft and easy to extract after being softened up by the flush.I did not need or use the many other tools provided (metal scoops and scrapers for digging out ear wax and electronic suction device). It also came with a brush that doesn't seem necessary for this kit so I will use it as a general tube cleaner.SUMMARY: I found this flush kit to be easy, safe, and quick to use. It was almost identical to what the doctor uses in his office and the straight tip made it easy to use on myself in the mirror.

Very good, comprehensive ear wax cleaning system. Very good value/bargain.
Included in this kit is practically all the pieces necessary for an ear cleaning solution. Besides the conventional/traditional irrigation method, it includes a decent set of ear wax removal 'picks/scoops' and a mini vacuum/suction device. The irrigation system is constructed of decent quality materials, and uses the expected traditional designs. Simply, using the proper dilution of peroxide in lukewarm water will loosen ear wax enough to allow it to be drained out via 'flushing out' the ear canal. The set of 5 picks/scoops (4 different sizes, there is one duplicate of the smallest pick), plus cleaning brush provides another method of ear wax removal. This requires more care/caution. Don't scratch or use force with these tools. The ear canal is a very sensitive region, and you don't want to injure or cause an infection.A functional mini-vacuum/suction tool is the third means of ear cleaning included in this set. It's a gentle suction with a silicone probe that can remove loose debris in the ear canal.Of the three modes, the irrigation system is considered the safest method to remove ear wax. I would guess that the mini-vacuum would be next, with the picks viewed as least recommended (but probably used often).Personally, I use the irrigation method. Actually, I use Debrox (or comparable product) to loosen the ear wax. Then I use an irrifation system to wash out the wax, using a suction bulb if deemed necessary. For the cost of $17, this is a very good value/bargain. This is very reasonable, and in the lower range of prices for ear irrigation systems, alone. With the addition of the ear pick set and mini-vacuum set, this provides a range of options, and creates a very good cost/value ratio.Accordingly, based on these considerations, this comprehensive ear cleaning system earns a 4.5 - 4.75 star rating, with a high level recommendation.

May be overkill for the average household
There is a lot of stuff in this kit. Almost too much. Unless you have a host of ear issues or are obsessed with cleaning out wax, you may want a more basic kit. I fall into the obsessively like to keep my ears clean category. Before I even start using any part of this kit, I first use my otoscope (which is a mini camera that looks into your ear canal for wax.) It is a separate device not included with this kit. That gives me a gauge on whether, my ears really need cleaning out.If so, I first use the solution to put in my ear with the catch tray. The little tools are nice, but I want to give you a warning about the one with the spring end. I had one of those (from another kit) where the spring part fell off! Now can you imagine if that was in your ear when that happened. I'm not saying this one isnt safe, but the one I had, was exactly like this one in the set, so be careful. The vaccum is ok but don't really feel it is strong enough to suction much out. I feel you will probably get the most out of the bottle sprayer and tools.
