Q: Is there a separate time adjustment button or will the gauge have to be fully removed to adjust the time when time switches over twice a year

There is 1 button on the face, you hold it down for a couple seconds and the hands begin rotating, when you get close to the time, release the button and begin pressing it again to dial in the exact time, 1 press advances the minute hand 1 minute. Its pretty easy, great gage, I recommend it.

Q: Whats the current draw? I assume this draws energy continuously, even when the vehicle is off?

There are two wires, one wires directly to the battery (that one uses very little power) the other You have to power it to something that turns on only when the ignition is on, this illinates the lights
