Only half of the order arrived on the expected day so I contacted the seller and they replied late Saturday evening after they had checked the tracking details to reassure me it would arrive on Monday and if there were any problems with this they were more than happy to help resolve it. Couldn’t fault their customer service and the sand arrived as promised.
