I had an old handcart and also a fish cooler that had wheels for taking to the river beach. I ordered one pair of these tires with wheels and hoped they would fit. They fit perfectly and they cost less than trying to fix the old ones which would no longer hold air. I ended up ordering another pair as they fit both needs. So the truck got a little TLC and a can of spray paint and the cooler has new wheels now as well and we will be all set for next year's salmon run. The tires are not inflated when you get them but a bike pump or compressor will get you up and running in no time.

For price and quality I can't ask for anything better. I bought these to go on my boat trailer hand mover and easy on and fitted perfectly. Came quickly and the price you can't beat. I checked around. Easy to put together and don't forget waterproof grease on the axle it slides onto. I do belive it works on wheelbarrows as well.
