It is Lite as advertised and delicious as well
This ranch is good and I have repeat purchased it. I used it often on a panko breaded flounder filet salad often during this past Lent.

Great taste But:
I ordered two gallons. Great tasting dressing. But, one of the gallons was opened during shipment because of lack of packaging protection. Other than one wasted gallon to throw away the dressing itself is terrific. Too bad Amazon won't give a refund for the opened one.
