For the price this is a great addition to my home gym. It is very versatile, and well braced in the construction. It does flex a bit when doing pull ups, but that is to be exorcist. The welding does look good all over, so I'm expecting it to last pretty well.Building it is fairly straight forward, and the included tools will do it, but if you have your own it would be easier. Instructions are provided and easy to follow.On first impressions and after only a few weeks use I'm happy.

All in all this product is reasonably good value for money. It does feel kind of sturdy.The assembly instructions have had a little thought behind them but not enough in that, since everything is black and the pictures are just kind of thrown in, there is insufficient contrast to really make it simple to follow.I am always a little dubious of metalwork with oval holes or holes of a larger diameter used for bolts to join pieces. Holes just large enough for the bolts to pass through and only circular holes always suggest that the engineering has a higher degree of accuracy. If the holes are oval or large they suggest to me that the engineering is allowing for the fact that pieces may not quite match and may need a little play to fit, in which case what is the rest of the engineering like.Finally, the elasticated rope for the "rope pulls" is so feeble, that is, stretches at almost no pressure and I cannot see how it adds any benefit and certainly won't provide any resistance worth considering for training. I am unclear why this is included as a feature in the sales description when it is of very little benefit.df

Easy to assemble and is perfectly sturdy for me (5'11"/70kg)

No matter how to assemble, the base is not level and I need to put papers under the left foot to make them balance. Some metal bars got poor welding marks and whole packaging box was full of welding debris. When I tried to do push up, the whole set was very slim, not stable and keep shaking. I need to freeze my body and slow down my movement to avoid the whole set being fallen down on the floor…terrible quality and I’m worried about my safety

I am very happy with this Multi Pull Up Bar Dip Station, it's definitely worth every single penny !! Every time I pass by, it motivates me very much!

The frame is great value for money and pretty sturdy, there are a few imperfections in the finish hence 4 instead of 5 stars. It is relatively easy to put together but the instructions do not mention where the additional large washers should go, we concluded they should be used on the bottom of the frame (Steps 3 & 4).Some suggested exercises would also be helpful.

It's a fantastic piece of equipment and was a christmas present from my son to his girlfriend
