Q: Does this really need to be used twice a day to be effective? Feels like I'm piling oil on top of oil :(

You can use it when you like and it will be effective. No I definitely don’t use it twice a day or daily. Nonetheless it is still an outstanding product.

Q: I have thinning hair will it help my hair?

Yes!!! It works wonders. Use it everyday twice a day. Try not to wear hair styles that will add stress or tension to your hair. I also use it as a hot oil or you can sit under the dryer and let it set into your scalp. If you are disciplined and use it everyday, you will see results within a month for sure. I saw results in 2 weeks. The back of my scalp was clean/bald. Now I have hair back there. It grows in very fine, but it does grow. Be patient!:)
