Great supplement brand
Tribe organics has integrity and a great productI originally started with ashwagandha and don't take this supplement as frequently as ashwagandha but I do like it. This product promotes focus and it's hard to tell the difference sometimes but I don't take a lot of it either. So the container has lasted me a long time.

Bought these for my 62 year old mother. She works a lot and helps with my kids so she has some brain fog. She’s been taking them consistently and I can tell a difference in her memory and energy.

Good Source of Lions Mane - Dosage Is Off
Not all Lions Mane supplements are created equal, and this one from Tribe Organics is one of the better sourced Lions Mane supplements out there. Mycelium on grain sounds OK, but when it comes to mushrooms for supplementation you only want 100% pure mushroom fruiting bodies (which this one is). Also, it's important to make sure the supplement lists how much Beta-Glucans (this one is >25%). The extraction matters and this one is a 1:1 water extraction. Which is a good place to start with Lions Mane to see how you react to it. The Tribe Organics Lions Mane comes from Nammex which is a very high quality source. It's a bit of a head scratcher though why they added bioperine to the mix (black pepper extract) for absorption, it's really not needed. The other misstep is the dosage recommendation. The dosage recommendation has you taking 1800 mg or 3 pills per day. This is much much much more than most will need, and way too high to start with. Starting dose is generally 500mg , and these capsules are 600mg each. Having said all that, this is a quality supplement, in a space with a lot of really sub par mushrooms out there, you just don't need to take 3 pills a day of it.
