This bag of oregano smells so fresh. I was happy to use it.

Smells and tastes wonderful. An 8 oz bag is a lot more than I thought it would be, think like it's feathers, it takes a lot of crushed dried leaves to make 8 ounces. No problem though, I put the rest in a zip bag, squeezed out the air then vacuumed seals it, then put it in the freezer. It will stay fresh for a long time.
