Olivia Garden MultiBrush - Non-Electrical Detachable Thermal Brush with Ceramic Barrel

This is genius! My stylist at Ulta used it and I said, ‘Wait, what? What is this? This is fabulous!’ She told me it was from Olivia Garden and as soon as I got home I ordered it. Simple to use, includes handle and 5 multiple sized brushes for different hair lengths and depending on how much curl or volume you want. I had a party and four friends wanted to see what made my hair so fabulous and I’m pretty sure they’re all going to buy it. I rarely, really never, get this excited over a hair product but this is a step up from just blue drying and creates such a professional finish - curls, waves, volume - whatever you need. A great investment!!!

I was so excited to use this product- I'm a 38 yr old woman with long, thick hair, and drying is always a pain. I've been styling my hair for about 25 years at this point, so I've developed some decent skills and used A LOT of different products.This is the worst hair styling product I have ever purchased!I normally don't leave bad product reviews, but I didn't see anything in the description that said something like "ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE the smaller barrels of this product on long hair!" which would have been pretty helpful.Yesterday I used the 1 3/8" and 2 1/8" barrels on mostly dry hair.Once the hair was dry, I spent a panicked 35 minutes scrabbling and clawing at my hair, trying to extricate my precious, expensive locks from the CLUTCHES of these DEMONS!I didn't wrap the hair particularly tight around the barrel, but itwould not come off these AT ALL! I tried to be as gentle as I could but I ended up with a torn fistful of hair in my hand after I FINALLY managed to free myself. It was so difficult to do I was seriously contemplating having to CUT THE BARRELS OUT! NIGHTMARE!!THANK GOD I only put two of these things in my hair! Otherwise I would have a pixie cut today!I thought a lot about the experience, and I really don't think this was user error. I've styled my hair with similar products in the past and never had this issue.These probably work fine for those with short/shorter hair. If you have long, thick hair like mine, I sincerely advise you to stay away from this product. One star because nothing is mentioned about being inappropriate (to say the least) for long hair.Or, let me put it this way- long hairs, use this product if you want shorter hair.

I bought this brush for travel. Since the handle separates, I find it easier to pack. That’s actually the only reason I bought it since I love my regular round brush. The handle comes off easy by pressing the button. Then you can leave the round in your hair like a curler.Where it doesn’t work for me at all is during the blowout. It gets stuck in your hair easily and doesn’t pull through, smoothly. I haven’t gotten it so stuck that I can’t easily untangle it, but I find it best to roll, detach, and let set. I only use the one larger round as the other size is too small, so it takes a long time to dry.So it good for setting a single curl, but not good for blow drying.

Everything about this is yes. I was able to dry my entire head in about half the time it usually takes me, my hair was HUGE when I was done, and it was easy! I will say, order the big ones if you’re worried about them getting tangled. I can definitely see how the smaller ones can get stuck. I ordered the 2 1/8 5 piece set and I’m going to order one more large barrel for the back. I highly recommend these!

I have had and used Olivia Garden round brushes for years and they are my favorite. I actually was looking at the 36mm and 46mm because I thought it would be easier packing for travel. I got the 5 piece sets of each size (4 brushes with a handle) so that I could try out how they are as "curlers" for styling. They really are very easy to use, no different than any other from Olivia Garden. My hair is below my shoulders...long, but not extremely long. I styled, then unclipped each brush and let sit in the hair until I was finished and then went back and clipped the handle in and removed the brush. You only need to be careful not to clip hair when reattaching the handle, but otherwise, brush "roller" unwound the same as any round brush when styling. I used the small on top and larger in back. Enormous volume. Very happy. Its a bonus that I do think they will be great for travel as it will eliminate some bulk from packing multiple brushes.

Do not purchase!I think this is a good brand, but this product does not work. I tried it on both of my girls. That have long hair, one has semi curly and the other straight hair. The first one I had the rollers professionally done at my local salon. The second time I did it myself. Both outcomes the same- AWFUL!They get tangled like crazy. Pulls out your hairDoes not curl at all! Barely a bend in the ends of hair. Basically straight. Initially you have volume from the scalp, but after a fewMinutes the volume is gone.I paid extra for this brand and it wasn’t worth it.

My hair is shoulder-length, straight and fine-to medium in texture. I was skepitcal about this set, but I absolutely love this system. The brush heads are very lightweight, so they stay in my hair when I remove the handle. The handle clicks on and the the barrel flawlessly. I could see that if you had super thick/curly hair that this may not be the best since the bristles are relatively short and very flexible, but for me, it’s perfect. I get a lot of volume without having to wait to go to the next section like I do with a regular hairbrush. Update: it’s been a year and I use this Brush system almost every day - still great!

Where has this been all my hair styling life! I will be buying more of the barrels so I can leave them in longer. I purchase this kit, plus one more of the larger barrels and I think 3 of the same size would work nicely. Have not tried the small one yet. Hoping it will add some waves to my hair, yet to be seen.

I have thin hair and I find these work great for setting my hair and giving it the lift I need.Just bought another set in 1" because I have some shorter layers now.

Arrived before estimated date of delivery; packaged well; and works really well, styling my hair perfectly!
