So, this stuff is not a magic cure all and it won’t cure cancer. My friend swears it will aid/prevent senile dementia and that’s a bunch of hogwash.THAT SAID: Noni juice is related to prune juice and has a LOT of potassium and some magnesium and both are very good for you. LIKE PRUNE JUICE it tastes kinda awful, and it will help keep you regular.I have fibro and take tramadol daily for pain. I get extremely constipated (we had to buy a fancy plunger just for me, because I clogged the toilet every day with my poo-bricks) but prescription laxatives give me terrible cramps and diarrhea. Even the mildest senna cramps me something terrible. NONI JUICE WORKS PERFECTLY.You want to start very small, especially if you are sensitive to laxatives. Get a shot glass. I started on a quarter shot for a few days, taken at night before bed, and then started taking half a shot. I am 130lbs. and 1/2 shot is sufficient for me to have totally regular bowel movements even with my pain killers.It’s best to keep the juice in the fridge, and give it a light shake before you drink it. Clouding is normal. Also, you want to order from a quality company THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE ONE OF THE GOOD ONES. Noni will eventually go bad, even in the fridge, and will mold and have a sort of “mildewed towel” aftertaste when it goes bad (and as it doesnt exactly taste good when it is fresh lol-it kinda tastes like soured kombucha anyway lol).Tl;dr This is a great way to get extra potassium in your diet, or to keep you regular.
