The counter-top did have a drying rack on it that took up too much space. Being able to store things vertically over the sink has saved quite a bit of space for us. It was easy to assemble and being able to adjust the width was a great inclusion because it allowed me to fit the stand over the window sill. The little suction cups on the bottom of the legs were also a nice addition to hold it in place, with everything bolted down tight it's actually quite sturdy.My advice is to assemble it but don't crank down on the middle sections yet or add any of the baskets. Just set the frame up where you want it and adjust the width then lock everything down tight and add the baskets and containers as you need.My wife absolutely loves it and we are very pleased with the dish rack!

The media could not be loaded.  Great dish rack. Assembling didn’t take too long and all the tools you needed came in the box. You have to make sure you measure your sink to see if you have enough space. My sink is small and fit with no issues. The smallest the rack can clear is about 32” wide and the tallest is 20.5” tall. You have to account if you’re putting any dishes that would need an additional 8-10 inches for clearance.I love the material. It’s metal, hollow but haven’t had it long enough to see if it’ll rust. I really like it so far compared to the small side racks I’ve had in the past. This actually will dry your dishes, cups and have the water either come down to the sink or the side.I like the small suction on both sides of the rack that secure it in place and overall I love it.

I haven't had this for very long, so I can't speak about its longevity, but so far I absolutely love it. My counters have been driving me crazy for years because I can't stand clutter on them and my current counter top drainer took up so much room. It was so satisfying throwing that in the recycling bin an setting this up. I can see my counters again! No more anxiety everytime I went into the kitchen!! Easy set up, seems super sturdy. Only washed a few dishes so far, but I already love it so much. I can't believe I waited so long to buy this!

A very sturdy drying rack. All pieces are metal, and it's easy to assemble. It can also be extended quite a lot, but you'd need a very large sink to need to extend it fully. In its non-extended state, it's slightly too large for my sink, but that's on me!I like these over-sink designs because you don't have to worry about a drip tray. The dishes drip right into the sink and you save counter space, so it's a win-win!

I have to say this is the best thing if you have a family like mine .. they wash dishes but never put them away :) .. well now they do and it’s true by the time the dishes are done most are dries and ready to be put away .. a must have for space as I g aw well ..One con I have is that is not metal ?I wa ship g to use magnetic hooks as well but cannot !

Absolutely love this over the sink drainer. Fits in perfectly. (Be sure to measure) I have a small kitchen with limited counter space. I was tired of using what little space I have for a traditional dish drainer. I even had the drainer in one of the sinks. Just wasn't working for me. This is a great solution. It blocks my window a bit, but hey, I have other windows to look out of. Very sturdy and looks nice. Easy to put together.

This was as sturdy as advertised. It wasn't hard to assemble. My 15 year old with very little experience had it together in no time. It looks great, is true to the measurements. I love that I can arrange the baskets in whatever way I need. The suction cups address powerful enough to hold it even with pans on top.

I really like this drying rack, very sturdy and easy to assemble, fits well over my sink wick is 33". But arrive with some scratches on the sides of 3 or 4 pieces but I wouldn't return it. Also I didn't like the way the screws looks, they are from a different color so they are very notorious
