I received the Nebility Women Waist Trainer Shapewear Zipper & Hook Body Shaper Shorts High Waist Butt Lifter Comfort Thigh Slimmer (3XL/Black) on 12/31/2020. I ordered it on 12/30/2020, so it got here pretty quick. My weight is 217 pounds and I’m 5 feet, 2 inches tall. My waist is 44 inches and hips 53.5 inches.According to the size chart, I should not have gotten the size 3XL, because it’s about one size too small for me. Many of the reviews say to buy your actual size and that it is very comfortable. I purchased a size smaller because, truthfully, I don’t want it to be comfortable. I want it to do its job LOL.It was not easy to put on, but then again, I did not expect it to be. Took me about 2-3 minutes to put on. I only used the zipper, not the hooks. Once on, it is nice and snug. I have big thighs, so I kind of have reverse muffin top right above my knees, where the shorts end. That problem is something only I can resolve with diet and exercise. This doesn’t bother me too much because I plan on wearing this shaper while I work from home. I won’t have to worry about shaper lines showing through my work pants when I’m at the office. I’ll be wearing loose fitting pants. I can’t comment about the butt lifting capabilities, because my butt is not flat or saggy. I actually have a rounded butt, so I didn’t need it lifted. I was pleasantly surprised that this shaper did not flatten it as some do.I do wish this shaper was not so long in the torso. But that is just me nitpicking. Mine ends up directly under my bust. I would prefer to have an inch or two wiggle room. It’s not uncomfortable enough to discourage me from wearing it though. High waist shapers can be kind of tricky. They have to be high enough to not roll down, so sitting under the bust is the best place for it to be. However, 3-4 inches lower and it will be more likely to roll down.It does not have a crotch opening, but I don’t need one. It comes off quicker and easier than it goes on. For bathroom breaks, I will have to remove my pants and entirely remove the shaper. If you have to wear this when you are not at home, it may not be that easy. This is why some people really prefer to have an opening.What I really like is the front panel. The fabric is less stretchy there and has less give. It’s a reinforced double panel. I gave it the stretch test. The rest of the fabric can stretch to about twice its size (pulling hard). The front panel only stretched one inch. This is the “control” part that we all want in any type of control shapewear. If all the fabric had the same stretch, what would be the point?I recommend that if you want light shaping, order your true size. If you want more of a firm control, order a size down. Depending on how firm your fat/flab is, your waist might be reduced an inch or two. The shaper reduced my waist and hips by one inch. I plan on wearing it either passively as I sit and work at my desk all day, or actively when I workout. More shaping then my rago 6207 and more comfortable

I'm loving my new shaper!I honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I order this. The other reviews gave some great info, but I was still iffy... But I went ahead and did it! And I love it. I'm 5'8" at 175 with a long torso and got the XL since I have a booty on my and was worried about how much of a struggle I'd have trying to get it on. My biggest worry though was that it would not go as high as I want up my back. The XL is perfect to smooth my lines in my dresses that I love, but it does not cinch up as much as I was expecting. So I will be getting another one in L when I want the drastic curves.The one thing that I would have liked not to have is the seams that mimicking panty lines. But I can deal with that.Totally recommend this!

I've never bought or used a slimmer before so I gave it a try.The size chart said I would need the 2XL so that's what I ordered.If you're around 5'1 and close to 170 pounds a 2XL will NOT fit. That's what I was the day it arrived. The struggle was real just to get it on. Once I was able to hook it and zip it, I could hardly breath in it.In order for it to fit I had to lose weight. It took me 5 months and me losing 28 pounds just to get it to go on without struggling, pulling, tugging.Once I was able to get it on it was comfortable. I like that it has hooks and it zips up. It stays in place and doesn't roll down.

This garment was my 2nd choice after ordering one from a different company that I sent back. This was MUCH better! It has tighter compression, 4 ribs, a great zipper pull that's easy to grab, and is VERY comfortable. The size is great too. I take a M-L. I got a Large. I don't know that a smaller size would have fit. I'd like the stomach compression to have been a little tighter but this will work, especially for the value!!

I will say that if you are a curvy girl like me and want something that will snatch up all the lumps, this will. But it will also spill out over the top of the thing. I'm not exactly sure what I expected it do. The meat has to go somewhere... Also don't plan on sitting down, this is for standing events only.

I’m a BIG GIRL, usually 18/20. I saw this thing when it came in and thought “No Way!” But, I was wrong. It’s easier to get on than Spanx power shorts and I feel like it has more compression. I was comfortable in it sitting down at a restaurant and walking around the casinos in vegas. My only problem was that I didn’t want to undo It to use the restroom. So, I looked at it and noticed that the crotch area has a couple of layers. I ended up cutting the right side of the outer layer and the opposite side of the inner layer of the crotch area. Since it is sewed all around that part, it didn’t split anymore! I was able to pull the sides open to use the restroom and not have to worry about pulling the thing down.It’s a great deal for the price!

Followed the size chart . Usually when I bought fajas they were going 2 sizes too small . This one I bought one size bigger . Got extra large for the height 5.4, 175lbs .I will try medium. With the extra large it was effortless to zip up the shaper , so it didn't tuck my tummy much .
