Works great and easy to install.
Purchased this bike rack during prime day. Arrived just in time for a long car trip to Yosemite. Install was easy and took 15 minutes with the right tools. The anti wobble plate was great and prevented any wobbling. I carried two mountain bikes and used some velcro straps to hold the wheels in place. My bikes didn't sway around like other racks, and there was no wobbling or loud bangs during the drive through the valley. The rack does the job and yes it's not fancy looking like others, but its a simple tried and true design. The straps to hold the bikes are sturdy rubber and should last. Can't wait to take my bikes out more often.

A very functional, super affordable easy to use bike rack
Updated review as of 8/19/21:After having a few issues with my first shipment, the company GUDE reached out to me and sent me a 4 bike rack that comes with a stabilizer model which I strongly recommend. This is one of the most affordable bike racks you can find on the market and although the other brands that strap the wheel might be the most sure and secure method, they cost hundreds more. For the price that I paid, I am very satisfied with this bike rack and have transported my bike to multiple locations. The rack may rattle a bit especially when you go over speed bumps (without braking) but it is stable and your bike is not going to fall off.Only feedback would be if they could use thicker pins to lock the bike rack into place -- and easier to use then the current pinch metal method. Also the bike straps can be a bit difficult to use at first because you must push the bike through the holes. Will give recognition where it's due, and Vivian in Customer Service was a tremendous help!

Heavy duty bike rack!
This rack is perfect for my camper van, bolts on so it can't be stolen easily, or can use a hitch pin for easy removal, also it hinges away from the back doors so the doors can be opened without removing the bikes and rack. Excellent product and reasonable price!

Very well made, great customer service
Sturdy, and very well made. Easily attached to my trailer hitch. When the package came, it was missing the anti-wobble stabilizer. I notified the company and they responded immediately and sent one to me right away. With the stabilizer the rack is very secure. The fold down option is easy, and the fold-away option makes it simple to access the back of my SUV. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great quality for a 2" hitch mount
I wanted a reasonably priced 2" hitch mount 2 bike carrier and this is perfect. The build quality is excellent, the paint and finish had no blemishes and all the parts fit perfectly. Even the tools are provided, if you don't have them to mount and tighten it. Best part is they provided the anti-rattle bracket that makes it wobble free as part of the package and you dont have to buy it separatley. Very satisfied with the purchase, the price is awesome too. Just returned from a 600+mile trip with lots of dirt road driving and no issues with the bike rack.

JUNK
Well what a piece of junk. The plastic parts that strap the bike do not get tight there was no anti rattle where it goes into the hitch my wife can't get the straps to hook so I would probably sell this junk for 15 dollars . I will be posting on Facebook and social madia. Got Taken. DO NOT BUY.

It does what it should...
This is my first hitch-mounted rack. I was told by a number of people to buy a better one that was easier to install and easier to remove from the car. In the end I bought this one and it seems to be pretty good. The pin to release the rack is relatively easy to open and close and the rack does recline at an angle so you can access what is in the trunk. You might consider keeping a screwdriver or something in the car in case that pin doesn't want to cooperate or if it gets weathered and more stubborn to open. The stabilizing mechanism was included and I consider it pretty mandatory because the rack will be loose without. Use it. I also use one stiff bungee cord to keep the bike stable when I drive. I just installed this within the last 2 weeks (it's on a Nissan Rogue that was just fitted with a hitch) and I have used the rack twice. I can see keeping the rack on the car all spring, summer and fall and then uninstalling it prior to winter and then installing it again in the spring. But that also means that anytime I want to get into the trunk I have to pull that pin and recline the rack so there are considerations and the question becomes whether all the components will continue to function properly on an ~$80 bike rack. Time will tell. Until then... so far, so good. When I drive with the bike on the car, the rack is very stable and quiet.

Works very well and sturdy
This bike rack fit perfectly on my 4runner.. Very easy to install and after installing the stabilization bracket the whole unit is fairly stiff.. my MTB was fit very nice and stable on this bike rack.. If I had another truck/suv I would surely buy another one of these..
