All great, except the gold embossing powder. It didn’t work well with the heat tool.

I use this for embossing on cards and it works great

I have had this embossing heat gun for about a month, it is my first one. I used to use a regular heat gun and thought it was time to get the right tool for the job. So far so good, I just wish the cord was longer. I don't even think it is a foot long. I have to either sit on the floor next to a plug or use an extension cord. Not sure if they are suppose to blow as much as this one does but I use the trick of heating from under the paper first to start the powder melting then I can use the gun on the powder without it blowing the powder off the paper. Aside from the short cord, it does the job and I am happy enough, especially for the price. The embossing powder is pretty good too.

I do all of my own cards, and this has made these cards very special.

I bought this tool to use for my Christmas cards, so needless to say, I was really banking on it working! I actually used it for the first time today, and I was very happy with the results. I've only used the high setting for embossing, so I can't speak to the lower setting, but for the task at hand, it was perfect!Embarrassingly, I've already lost the wire stand, so I had to improvise there, but that's definitely--and sadly--User Error.Would recommend this product, and will buy from the manufacturer again!

The first first use I was concerned because it was a little smokey so I started out with a low setting. For what I needed for I don't need it on for a long period of time. I saw some reviews of heat guns melting. I've used this one several times since purchasing and I'm happy with it.

Bought this for my crafter wife. She seems happy... what more can I say?
