This is awesome this seasoning is very good I use it to make turkey sausage tastes just like sausage depending on which kind that you get just be careful a little goes a very long way if you add to much it will be too salty as long as you don't overdo it it comes out great

We use this to make our breakfast sausage. It has a light sage flavor.

See my review for Legg's 29 mix. I use an equal combination of both and it makes great breakfast sausage. Tried recipes from the internet but they never tasted the way I wanted. then I ordered the #6 and the #29, mixed equally, and finally found the flavor I was searching for. Everyone that has tried them thought they were very good. Made my stuffed mushrooms using this sausage at Thanksgiving and they disappeared. Had always used bagged sausage before and the pan would come out of the oven with fat all over the bottom. Not so with these as they are probably 90% lean or more. I used to have to place them on paper towel to soak up the fat on the bottoms before serving. these went directly on the platter. no screaming hot fat to burn your lips, just bite after bite of great flavor. My 14 year old grandson, who could eat the whole platter himself, notice right off that they were better than usual. he wanted to know what I did different. I told him that I made my own sausage. He wants to help make the next batch and keep some for himself. his 8 year old sister came up for breakfast after Thanksgiving. she hates anything new or things she is not used to eating. We did pancakes and sausage. made 8 patties for the 4 of us. She didn't want any. I put one on her plate and said to try it and if you don't like it, one of us will take it. We purposely did not pay any attention to her. About 5 minutes later she wanted to know if there were any more left to finish her pancakes with. She said the maple syrup made it taste good.
