Need to give it more time to work
It’s only been 7 days. At first my head felt weird. My stomach hurt and I think it was effecting my sight. I do think it’s helping my digestion been to the bathroom more. Which explains my stomach hurting. Haven’t notice nail growth yet might be to early to notice my skin either

Love this stuff. Put a scoop of it in my coffee everyday. My nails and hair and skin have improved. I even give it to my husband in pill form. He hasn’t complained of his nails splitting.

I am impressed with that gesture and feel that it speaks a lot to the company- reputableI purchased this after reading the reviews- I have a different opinion. The taste is horrible- tried it in my coffee and it is very noticeable. Would not recommend and won’t be repurchasing-a waste of a lot of $$
