Easy to use
My daughter is partially paralyzed from Guillian Barre Syndrome. This strap allows her some independence. She can feed herself with this. It has made a big difference.

Fits bigger size utensils
It works very well with wider handle utensils. Only problem is the back part of the cuff is not sewn, therefore the utensils go through. Very hard to stab things without going all the way in.

No closed end
This isn't closed at one end like all the others started doing. I can pull an item all the way through which is what I feel is better for me.

Regular utensils don't fit in the holder. Holder is too big and everything slides through it.

There are large fasteners which helps with mobility impairments and tugging. A dark color which doesn’t show any type of soiling. I am sold!
