I don't usually leave reviews, but thought I could help someone down the line here. The OEM turbo went out on my pickup. Truck was running sluggish, blowing tons of smoke, pumping oil into the exhaust side of the turbo and leaking everywhere. This product was a direct bolt in replacement of the OEM turbo. No modifications or fabrications necessary. My truck is an automatic, but this one listed for the manual transmission will bolt right up and fit. Stigan does make one that is a direct replacement for the OEM automatic transmission as well. From my understanding some aspect of this one that I purchased (the compressor wheel I think?) is slightly larger so it has the ability to force more air than the one listed for the automatic transmission. So I can confirm, you are able to install this onto an auto transmission. The product was delivered quickly, was very well packaged with lots of padding and a heavy duty cardboard box, and is easy to install if you have basic mechanic skills. The only tricky part I had was one of the nuts that holds the turbo to the exhaust manifold has very little room to get something on it. I couldn't get a socket on it but 6 point 15mm wrench did the trick. As for the quality of the product, time will tell, but nothing about the product makes me think its durability would be drastically different from an OEM Holset. It appears to be very well manufactured and came with all the gaskets you need. My truck immediately thanked me with more power and minimal smoke out of the exhaust. I'll update if anything happens that changes my opinion away from 5 starts. But my suggestion, if you're looking for a close-to-OEM replacement for your turbo this will do the trick for about 60% less than OEM but at a much higher quality than the garbage $150-$200 ones out there. Oh and their warranty information says you need to replace the oil feed line to the turbo for the warranty to be effective. I did not realize that until I received the product and would have been nice to know ahead of time so I didn't have to wait for that to come separately.

Purchased this back in March 2018 and probably have over 90000 miles on the turbo and still running good it seems to perform a little better then stock one, cant be good old made in the USofA.

Bolted up good, but the oil feed line hook up wasn’t the same as factory so I had to get an adapter to make it work or I would have given 5 stars. It builds boost good well worth the money.

Bought this turbo for my 01 24v auto 2500. Makes 20 psi. About 6 less than the stock turbo but boost is very consistent trough the power band

The turbo does not seem to have as much boost as the OE turbo. Hopefully time will tell.

So far it is a solid stock replacement.
