This is the best protein shake I have tried so far. It is smooth and I was totally full on less than 200 calories.

I bought this flavor and the Creamy Peanut Butter flavor from another company (it was a few bucks cheaper). Both powder flavors mixed well with water. Peanut Butter flavor was just bad - to me, it tasted like burnt peanuts. I took two sips and that was it. I did try adding some heavy cream and a couple of packets of Truvia, which made the flavor barely tolerable, but I ended up tossing it.The Chocolate Fudge flavor was much better. However, there were a couple of ingredients in the powder that just didn't agree with me. I suspect it was the MCT and inulin that caused some stomach upset for me. If you are able to tolerate MCT (and inulin), this particular meal replacement shake might work for you when following a keto/low carb eating plan.
