This gadget is great! It keeps the hair from getting in the bathtub drain. It swirls hair around the tube and you just pull it off in one big clump.

As someone with very thick waist length hair, these are a must! I bring one with me when I stay with friends, to spare their plumbing from getting clogged. With the chrome top it’s very subtle while still doing the job just as well as the original tub shrooms.

This is a great device to stop my long hair from clogging the drain. It does fit a little lopsided but I can put up with this because I do not have a clogged drain. It is also very easy to clean off. It is easy wipe off with a paper towel and all the nasty hair and gunk go in the trash.

These work very well and have reduce the need to remove hair from the tub drain. They will get a little slimy if you do not clean regularly. I purchase on subscription every six months.

This is my second tub shroom and I recommend them to everyone I know! I love these things truly saved my drains!!!

This is the second Tub Shroom I have had. First one I had for a long time and I decided it was time to get a new one. Did I need to, probably not but I like to freshen things up now and then. I have an old bathtub in my house and the drain is wide open. Add to that I am a gal that loses hair like crazy and I am constantly worried about all that hair clogging up the pipes. This nifty little thing fits right inside the drain allowing water to easily drain while catching the hair on the black part that you tuck into the drain. I have to empty it at least once a week - sometimes more - from all the hair it collects. You will notice that the water is not draining as fast when it has collected a lot of hair. I will tell you that my husband is not as much of a fan of this item as I am. He feels that it does not let the water down the drain fast enough and feels as though he ends up standing in a shower of water so he always ends up pulling it out. For the amount of hair it is saving from going into our drains, I think it is worth it to have a little water in the shower now and then. Also, if he would be patient, once the shower gets going and the water has time to catch up with draining through you are not standing in water. I have tried other items that say they collect hair, they don't work anything like this.

It works well but doesnt last long. It has caught hair and is very easy to clean but it becomes less effective and it breaks apart.

There is nothing to "install." You put it in the drain opening and you're done. It catches the hair from going down into the pipes, which cuts down on plumber calls due to hair clogs.
