I bought this Nature Bond brand silicone breast pump (similar to the Haakaa) as it was next day delivery and came with an air tight stopper, dust cover and the lanyard too and was a bit cheaper than the Haakaa that would take more time to deliver and didn't come with any extras. I have used it several times and I'm pretty happy. One, I was pumping from the one side to give a bottle feed, so decided just in the spur of the moment to attach the NB pump to the other side and see what happens. It collected almost as much as the Medela Pump in Style. I doubled the amount collected with no effort. I've also used it while the baby is nursing on one side and it works. She kicked it a couple of times but the suction held. And the lanyard is extra protection so even if the suction breaks it won't go flying. This pump is also helpful to relieve engorgement in the middle of the night or early morning when you don't want to bother with the electric pump. I am also glad I went for this one with the stopper and dust cover. The stopper is really useful as even if you knock the pump by mistake it won't spill with the stopper on. Overall I'm very happy!

I mstly don't care to write but I thut it wud help other mothers. First it's not like a normal pump to empty ur breast. It's a suction pump which only removes excess but this works well when used on the other breast while feedingMother's this is the most important info. It works really well when ur baby sucks on one and another one is used for suction atleast 60ml is been sucked easily depends on ur flow. .if u don't have much flow then probably it might not. It's mainly used by those mother's who leaks while feeding . It's really user frndly and easy to clean. At first when I did not read the question answer area I thut I wasted my money but now I feel it's like a long time investment. Easy to use when ur feeding. 2 work at the same time . I hve been using it for 10 days now. Only thing that instead of Amazon this description shud be mentioned on the how to use pamphlet also.

We purchased it in starting as our baby has latching issue. It creates vaccum and it milk flow is good then milk starts collecting in it. After 2-3 months it will not work as milk flow is not same as early stage. So we had to purchase philips avent manual one.

Does it’s job as mentioned in the product description. I got it when my baby was 6 months old and wasn’t sure if it would work at such later point of BF. But it works and how! No effort in pumping or feeling bad about few drops of milk being wasted. It is a game changer for me. Now I can store all that extra milk. I wish I knew about this product earlier.

I really want to review this product because there is a big difference between breastmilk pump and this product. Normal pump (manual or electric) generates more milk supply and it's not advisable to those who already have oversupply. But this product really helps to collect (not to express) excessive milk while breastfeeding.
