Great Natural product, especially for elderly. Its a product that works very well. So do not leave a person who is unable to move well because they will need assistance quickly. The dosage will depend on your circumstances.

If i feel bloated or stuffed up, i'll pop in three of these before bed and get cleaned out the next day. Liquid magnesium also does the trick. Good to have around as a preventative measure.

One of my family members has used this product, quite successfully I might add, for many years. I notice at the local WalMart where we purchase this item the larger quantity packages are usually sold out. That's understandable since the price per pill is substantially less when purchased in the 100 count box.Rather than getting stuck with paying almost twice the cost per pill in the smaller packages I have now purchased the larger box on Amazon. The home delivery in 2 days made it a no brainier for me.A useful product at a good price and delivered to your home - recommended.
